salad is one of the easiest and fastes dishes to make. So it is good to have a recipe which you like. Especially a good dressing is very important. Today I have my favourite recipe for you. Of course you can change the vegetables or the meat and take how much you like.
- cherry tomatoes
- paprika spice
- low-fat yogurt
- sour cream
- lemon juice
- Wash all the vegetables and cut them in pieces.
- Take a little bit butter and melt it in a pan (medium heat).
- Cut the meat in pieces and put them in the pan with salt, pepper and paprika spice.
- Turn the meat and check on it the whole time until it is ready.
- dressing: Mix 2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt and 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
- Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Test if you like the taste and add something when it is missing.
- Add all the ingredients in a salad bowl (with dried basil).
