SPICY TOMATO CREAM PASTA

Hello everybody,
there is a huge variety of different pasta variations. You can choose between different kinds of pasta and sauces. The most common one I would say is Spaghetti Napoli. This is one of my favourite dishes as well however I wanted to create a new one. One day I was reaching after a spicy tomato cream sauce so I experimented with some ingredients. Now this is my all time favourite pasta dish. Moreover you can add fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and chicken or use no chilli. The recipe is also great if you have pasta from the day before.

INGREDIENTS (Serves: 2)

  • 300g pasta
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • olive oil
  • basil leaves
  • parmesan

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat
  3. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and put them in the pan with chili flakes
  4. Mix ketchup, sweet chili sauce and sour cream in a cup
  5. Put the sauce in the pan and add the ready cooked pasta (mix everything together)
  6. Serve with basil leaves and parmesan
